Here is one of the entrences to the Jewish Quarter, and i took afew pictures outside before i walked in,
Take a look at the Israeli solders, who i believe were touring at this momment, very often you will see this, as a custom, to learn about their country

Entering Jerusalem, Israel Trip

Here again is the view of The Old City in Jerusalem, consisting of The Jewish Quarter, The Christian Quarter, The Moslem Quarter, and The Aranian Quarter. When we drove back to Jerusalem there is a park with this view, and our group assembled there to welcome in this Great City.

We later went to the old city

Continuing Israel trip, 2 weeks ago, SIFTING THROUGH THE BULLDOZED TEMPLE MOUNT OF CENTURIES OLD STUFF AT ARCHIOLOGICAL SITE

We traveled around Israel , and then we went back to Jerusalem. With our tour group, which we were with for a week, we helped sift stuff that was bulldozed and dumped in the garbage, and then salvaged, and here are Isabella and I helping sift through buckets of stuff, to find, glass, pottery, metel, etc... that are then examined, and determined from what period they have come from

Below is a picture of the old city in Jerusalem, and the dome is the Temple mount from
the time of the first and second Temples, from the Old Testament

Tiberias Sea of Galilee

We took a boat ride on the Lake, not really a sea but looks like one, Here we are! Sea Of Galilee

Dancing away!

Intresting People Along The Way

To the left is a man who really left an impression on me, the others who heard his story, and Rabbi Feldman as well,
Like many Israeli's, he had a tremendos story to tell us, when i asked him, how did his mom come to Israel, and he said, my father has a more fasinating story. I am not going to explain all the life threatening details, all the miracles of his survival, his remeeting of his friend who he had survived with on a boat to Israel, his father who had been jailed, and his mother who was pregnant, and was saved in a Christian monastery, as we shed tears with him, as he drove his jeep through the Golan Heights, so close to the border of Syria. He is the one on the left with the dark glasses, who I found out was born the same year as me. 1956

Below is Rabbi Feldman translating the story to the three of us and Isabella in the jeep.
Below, many signed their countries and names in the bunkers, and there is GUATEMALA.

Left is the view of the beautiful Lake Kinneret, or the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus Christ had spent so much time,  this was when we set out to the Golan Heights, it is so close, and they want to take it away?  Below is a sign of the mines, since it was a combat zone, and could be at any time in the future, we pray not.

We went with our group to Cesaria, where the famous King Herod built a fabulous city.
This is one of the views there

Here is Isabella at the ruins there, taking a rest.
and refreshing with a sip...

Here we are in the Golan Heights, looking out at a real BUNKER!
